  5. turns drawing 11 dominoes each. The remaining dominoes are
  6. removed from the board. Play starts with the first player
  7. that has the double six dominoe. If no player has the double
  8. six dominoe, the next highest double dominoe (5-5, 4-4, 3-3,
  9. etc.) is placed in the center of the board.
